摘要
基于大型国际通用有限元软件ANSYS,采用有限元方法对AP1000临时顶盖骨架结构进行了力学分析。通过采用板中性层和实际结构的中性层重合原则建立三维有限元模型,并分析不同工况作业时总体框架、开口部件、环梁环杆的力学特性,来说明该顶盖骨架结构设计安全可靠,拥有较好的力学性能。
Based on the large international general-purpose finite element software ANSYS,the finite element method is used to analyze the mechanical structure of the AP1000 temporary roof skeleton.A three-dimensional finite element model is established by adopting the principles of plate neutral layer and the neutral structure of the actual structure.The mechanical properties of the overall frame,opening part,and ring beam ring rod during operation under different working conditions are analyzed.The results prove that the design of the roof frame structure is safe and reliable,and has good mechanical properties.
