沧州渤海新区大气环境状况分析及防治对策研究

The analysis of air environmental quality and research on countermeasure of pollution prevention in Bohai New Area

为了解沧州渤海新区的大气污染特征,以该区域大气环境监测数据为依据,对近几年的大气环境质量状况及变化趋势进行了分析。结果表明,区域现状主要超标因子为PM10、PM2.5和O3,以PM2.5超标最为严重;大气污染呈现出明显的季节变化,表现为春冬季污染最重、夏季污染轻的特征;空气质量恶化趋势虽有所缓解,但污染状况仍不容乐观。此外,通过对区内污染源排放状况分析及存在问题的剖析,从优化功能布局、减少煤炭消耗、全过程污染控制、移动源及面源治理、管理机制建设等多方面提出了符合渤海新区实际的大气污染防治对策,从而有效改善区域环境空气质量。

In order to explore the characteristics of air pollution in Cangzhou Bohai New Area city,Based on the regional air environmental monitoring data in recent years,the air environment quality and variation trend were analyzed.The results showed that the main exceeding standard factors were PM10,PM2.5 and O3,specially the concentration of PM2.5 was most seriously over- standard;it also showed that the air pollution displayed obviously seasonal variation,which may be related to more serious in spring and winter than in summer;although the worsening trend of air quality had been controlled,the pollution situation was still not optimistic.In addition,according to the analysis of the emission of pollution sources and the existing problems,the countermeasures for the air environmental protection in Bohai New Area city are suggested from optimizing the functional arrangements,reducing coal use,controlling the whole process of pollution,countermeasures of mobile source and non-point source,supervision mechanism,in order to improve the regional air environmental quality effectively.
