农村固废资源化处理方法及措施

Rural solid waste resource treatment methods and measures

近年来,我国农村社会经济得到了空前的发展,但也带来严重的环境问题,产生了大量固体废弃物,农村固体废物具有成分多、性质复杂等特点。由于村民环保意识淡薄、固体废物的收集和运输困难、集中式废物处理设施的不足,农村固废污染问题也更加严峻,严重污染农田土壤、地下水和地表径流,破坏农村生态平衡和环境。因此,农村固体废物的收集、运输、处理和处置亟待解决。本文从加强宣传提高居民环保意识、加强法制建设、堆肥、组建专门的固废收运队伍等方面提出了农村固废处理方法及措施。

In recent years,China’s rural social economy has achieved unprecedented development,but it has also brought serious environmental problems,resulting in a large amount of solid waste.Rural solid waste has many characteristics and complex nature.Due to the weak environmental awareness of villagers,the difficulty in collecting and transporting solid waste,and the lack of centralized waste treatment facilities,the problem of solid waste pollution in rural areas is also more serious,seriously polluting farmland soil,groundwater and surface runoff,and destroying rural ecological balance and environment.Therefore,the collection,transportation,treatment and disposal of rural solid waste urgently need to be resolved.
