一种含甲醇废水预处理及现有废水处理站改造优化工艺

摘要 针对现有废水处理站末端二沉池出水水质不够稳定,偶尔出现超标现象,同时出水SS一直较高,拟对二沉池出水增设"混凝沉淀+臭氧+多介质过滤"综合处理工艺,确保稳定达标排放。含甲醇及一氯甲烷的废水COD值较高,拟对该股废水单独采用UBF厌氧塔进行预处理,实现对COD的大量去除。 The water quality of the secondary sedimentation tank at the end of the existing wastewater treatment station is not stable enough,and occasionally there is excessive standard phenomenon.At the same time,the effluent SS has been high.It is proposed to add “coagulation sedimentation + ozone + multi-media filtration” comprehensive treatment process to the secondary sedimentation tank effluent.To ensure stable discharge standards.The wastewater containing methanol and methyl chloride has a high COD value.It is planned to pretreat the wastewater separately using UBF anaerobic tower to achieve a large removal of COD.
