摘要
本文在认真分析废水生化处理过程的基础上,结合开发低碱性除磷剂,研究开发醋酯废水化学法高效除磷工艺。结合减少调节用碱和醋酸等有机物在曝气过程中分解带来pH值上升等特点,化学法高效除磷工艺侧重于在混合废水经充分曝气处理后投放低碱性除磷剂,在废水pH值8-9下生成沉淀,加酰胺类絮凝剂絮凝成污泥。生产试验表明,高效除磷工艺适合处理醋酯废水,在正常生产工况下,少加碱甚至不加碱,使用1.5‰左右的低碱性除磷剂,总磷去除率不低于82%,能够使废水总磷由40mg/L左右降至8mg/L左右;从试验情况看,增加除磷剂用量至2.5‰以上时,总磷去除率能够达到90%以上,能够使废水总磷降得更低,但除磷成本明显上升。开展化学法高效除磷工艺试验后,出水COD由试验前平均107.5mg/L下降至52.5mg/L,出水SS由均值89.3mg/L下降50.6mg/L,出水池水由淡褐色转为淡绿色。由此可见,化学法高效除磷工艺的运用将全面提高醋酯废水处理技术。
Through the analysis of the biological wastewater treatment process and the research of the low alkaline phosphorus removal agent,efficient acetate wastewater phosphorus removal process was developed.Low alkaline phosphorus removal agent was added into acetate wastewater after the adequate aeration treatment of acetate wastewater.And in wastewater pH 8-9,amide flocculant was added in order to accelerate the precipitation.The results showed that in normal production conditions,less adding alkali or no,while the amount of low alkaline phosphorus removal agent was 1.5 ‰,the wastewater total phosphorus decreased from 40mg/L to about 8mg/L.Meanwhile,COD decreased from 107.5 mg/L to 52.5mg/L,SS decreased from 89.3 to 50.6,and water color of outlet sump turned pale green from hazel.
