摘要
本文改进了用FOSS8100凯氏定氮仪测定污水中凯氏氮含量的方法,实现快速安全测定凯氮含量较低的水样。确定当取样量为100mL时,消解的程序升温方式为:180℃(30min)、260℃(30min)和420℃(30min);水汽蒸馏的参数为:蒸馏水50mL、40%NaOH溶液40mL、蒸汽量80%。以上述条件测定保证值为4.96mg/L±0.30mg/L(以N计)的凯氏氮国家标准样,平行7次,测得结果的平均值为4.78mg/L,RSD为1.3%;测定理论浓度为10.0mg/L的氯化铵标准溶液,其回收率大于90%,结果较为满意。
This paper improved the determination of Kjeldahl nitrogen by using FOSS Kjeltec 8100.The improved method can detect the low TKN water samples more safely and rapidly.If sample volume is 100mL,the digestion temperature programming sets as 180℃(30min),260℃(30min),420℃(30min).The parameters of water vapor distillation set as:pure water volume:50mL,NaOH (40%) volume:40mL,steam efficiency:80%.These conditions was taken to determinate TNK national standard sample(its assured value is 4.96mg/L±0.30mg/L),RSD is 1.3%.Take 7 times parallel experiments,the average value of measured is 4.78mg/L.Also determinate standard ammonium chloride whose theoretical concentration is 10.0mg/L,recovery ratio is more than 90%.
