海上溢油事故残余油量影响因素分析

Analysis of factors affecting residual oil quantity in marine oil spill accidents

残余油量是溢油事故影响结果的重要表征之一,而影响残油量的因素有很多,本文通过模型预测实例,从风速、油品性质、初始溢油面积等几个因素分析其对海上溢油事故残油量的影响。结果表明,风速越大残油量越小,油品密度越大残油量越大,初始溢油面积越大残油量越小。

Residual oil is one of the important characteristics of oil spill accident,there are many factors affecting the amount of residual oil.The influence of wind speed,oil quality and initial oil spill area on the residual oil is analyzed through model prediction in this paper.The prediction results show that the larger the wind speed is,the smaller the residual oil is.The greater the oil density is,the larger the residual oil will be.The larger the initial oil spill area is,the smaller the residual oil will be.
