我国生态环境保护与治理的法治机制研究

Research on the rule of law mechanism of ecological environment protection and governance in China

随着我国经济的快速增长,人们的生活水平也日渐提高,但在经济快速增长的同时也给生态环境带来了诸多问题。环境问题不仅不利于社会的长远发展,而且不利于人类的生存,对于我国的经济也有一定的限制作用。所以,开展环境保护工作是极为必要的,通过有效的法治可以推动生态环境保护工作的开展。依照法律规范,建立相应的生态文明体系,对环境保护有着积极的推动作用。本文分析了我国当前生态环境的现状,对其存在的问题进行了逐一分析,并结合其中存在的问题提出了相应的解决策略,希望对生态环境保护有一定的借鉴意义。

With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the living standards of human beings are also increasing.However,while the economy is growing rapidly,it also brings many problems to the ecological environment.Environmental problems are not only not conducive to the long- term development of society,but also detrimental to the survival of mankind and have certain restrictions on the economy of our country.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to carry out environmental protection work.The effective environmental protection can promote the development of ecological environmental protection.In accordance with legal norms,the establishment of a corresponding ecological civilization system has a positive role in promoting environmental protection.This paper analyzes the current situation of China’s current ecological environment,analyzes its existing problems one by one,and puts forward corresponding solutions in combination with the existing problems.It is hoped that it has certain reference significance for ecological environment protection.
