本文通过对农村生态环境基本情况的了解,明确了当前农村环境问题存在的主要问题,着重分析了农村环境问题的产生原因。深入剖析造成农村环境恶化的原因,提出完善农村环境监管制度、实现垃圾资源化和无害化处理、发展生态农业和循环经济、控制农村工矿污染、加强财政支持和舆论引导等防治措施。

Based on the understanding of the basic situation of rural ecological environment,this paper clarifies the main problems existing in rural environmental problems,and analyzes the causes of rural environmental problems.In-depth analysis of the causes of rural environmental deterioration,proposed to improve the rural environmental supervision system,achieve waste resource and harmless treatment,develop ecological agriculture and circular economy,control rural industrial and mining pollution,strengthen financial support and public opinion guidance and other prevention and control measures.
