关于我国环境保护规划的探究

随着人们生活水平的提高,对生活环境的要求也逐渐提高,环境保护规划中存在的问题随之显露出来。就我国现阶段的环境保护情况而言,对环境保护规划的法律效力缺乏,在规划实施的过程中缺乏协调性,相应的资金难以有效落实,并且在环境规划过程中缺少实施监督机制,难以形之有效地进行管理。本文首先对我国环境规划不同的历史阶段进行概述,接着分析环境保护规划工作存在的问题,最后提出我国环境保护规划的对策,希望对我国环境保护规划有积极意义。

With the improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements for the living environment have gradually increased,and the problems in environmental protection planning have emerged.As far as China ’s current environmental protection situation is concerned,the legal effectiveness of environmental protection planning is lacking,there is a lack of coordination in the process of planning and implementation,the corresponding funds are difficult to implement effectively,and the lack of implementation supervision mechanism in the environmental planning process is ineffective and effective.Management.This paper first gives an overview of the different historical stages of China’s environmental planning,and then analyzes the problems existing in environmental protection planning.Finally,it proposes countermeasures for China’s environmental protection planning,and hopes to have positive significance for China’s environmental protection planning.
