某医院医用电子加速器放射治疗建设项目职业病危害控制效果放射防护评价 被引量:2

摘要 为使某医院医用电子加速器放射治疗工作顺利开展,预防和控制放射性危害,防止职业病的发生,保障放射工作人员、受检者及公众健康权益。本文根据环境检测数据、现场调查情况和收集的相关资料,依据相应的法律法规和标准对其进行安全评价,得出该医院医用电子加速器机房防护措施及设备性能符合相应标准的要求,该医院新建医用电子加速器机房改建项目屏蔽防护措施基本符合相关标准要求,可以达到控制放射性职业病危害的目的。 In order to make the radiotherapy treatment of medical electron accelerator in a hospital go smoothly,prevent and control radioactive hazards,prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases,and protect the health rights of radiation workers,subjects and the public.Based on the environmental test data,on-site investigation and relevant data collected,this paper conducts safety evaluation according to the corresponding laws,regulations and standards,and concludes that the protective measures and equipment performance of the medical electronic accelerator room of the hospital meet the requirements of the corresponding standards.The shielding and protective measures for the medical electronic accelerator room reconstruction project basically meet the requirements of relevant standards,and can achieve the purpose of controlling radioactive occupational hazards.
