针刺联合中药治疗脊髓空洞症的疗效

Curative Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on Syringomyelia

目的探讨针刺联合中药治疗脊髓空洞症的临床疗效。方法将36例脊髓空洞症患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=18)和对照组(n=18)。2组均采用中药治疗。在此基础上,治疗组采用针刺治疗,对照组采用维生素B12、注射用辅酶A治疗。观察2组治疗前后感觉障碍评分及治疗后肌力分级比例、临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(94.12%比83.33%,P<0.05),治疗组治疗后感觉障碍评分及治疗后肌力分级为4—5级所占比例均高于对照组,治疗后肌力分级为0—3级所占比例均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用针刺联合中药治疗脊髓空洞症可取得满意的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on syringomyelia.Methods Thirty-six patients with syringomyelia were randomly assigned to receive traditional Chinese medicine combined with either acupuncture(treatment group,n=18)or vitamin B 12 and coenzyme A(control group,n=18).The sensory impairment score was measured before and after treatment.In addition,muscle strength grade proportion and clinical effectwere observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(94.12%vs 83.33%,P<0.05).After treatment,the score of sensory impairment and the proportion of muscle strengthgrade 4-5 in treatment group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).However,the proportion of muscle strength grade 0-3 in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine exerts a satisfactory curative effect on syringomyelia.
