炎琥宁联合阿糖腺苷治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的疗效

Curative Effect of Yanhuning Combined with Vidarabine on Viral Encephalitis in Children

目的探讨炎琥宁联合阿糖腺苷治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法将94例病毒性脑炎患儿按治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。2组均采用常规治疗,包括降温、吸氧、降低颅内压、保护脑细胞和维持水、电解质平衡等治疗,同时采用炎琥宁注射液治疗。在此基础上,观察组采用注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗7d后CD+3、CD+4、CD+8值的变化,退热时间、意识恢复时间和头痛、呕吐的消失时间及临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.62%,高于对照组的78.72%(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、意识恢复时间和头痛、呕吐的消失时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组治疗7d后CD+3、CD+4、CD+8值均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁联合阿糖腺苷治疗病毒性脑炎疗效显著,可有效改善患儿的临床症状,提高患儿的机体免疫功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yanhuning combined with vidarabine on viral encephalitis in children.Methods A total of 94 children with viral encephalitis were divided into control group and observation group,with 47 children in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,includinghypothermia,oxygen inhalation,reducing intracranial pressure,protecting brain cells,maintaining water and electrolyte balance,and Yanhuning injection.Additionally,the observation group was treated with vidarabine monophosphate injection.The CD3^+,CD4^+and CD8^+cellswere observed before and after treatment for 7 days.In addition,fever subsidence time,consciousness recovery time,headachedisappearance time,vomiting disappearance time and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group(93.62%)was higher than that in control group(78.72%)(P<0.05).Furthermore,fever subsidence time,consciousness recovery time,headachedisappearance time and vomiting disappearance time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The percentages of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD8^+cells in observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment for 7 days(P<0.05).Conclusion Yanhuning combined with vidarabinecan effectively improve clinical symptoms and immune function in children with viral encephalitis.
