聚苯乙烯变温红外光谱研究 被引量:87

摘要 采用红外光谱技术来研究聚苯乙烯分子结构。实验发现:聚苯乙烯分子的红外光谱吸收模式包括:聚苯乙烯C-H伸缩振动模式(ν_(C-H)),聚苯乙烯CH_2不对称伸缩振动模式(ν_(as CH2)),聚苯乙烯CH_2对称伸缩振动模式(ν_(sCH2)),聚苯乙烯苯环的骨架振动模式(ν_(-Benzene Skeleton)),聚苯乙烯C-H面内弯曲振动模式(β_(CH)),聚苯乙烯烯烃面外变形振动模式(γ_(R=CH2)),聚苯乙烯C-H面外弯曲振动模式(γ_(CH))。采用变温红外技术进一步研究温度变化对于聚苯乙烯分子结构的影响。研究发现,在303 K~393 K温度范围内,聚苯乙烯分子具有良好的热稳定性。本项研究拓展了变温红外光谱技术在高分子纤维材料的结构及热稳定性方面的研究范围。 The polystyrene molecular structure was studied by infrared spectroscopy.The experiment discovered that the infrared spectrum modes included the polystyreneG-H stretching vibration mode(vc-H),polystyre-neCH2 asymmetrical stretching vibration mode(vasCH2),polystyreneCH2 symmetrical stretching vibration mode(vsCH2),polystyrenebenzene skeleton vibration mode(v-Benzene skeleton),polystyreneC-H in-plane bending vibration mode(βCH),polystyreneR=CH2 out-of-plane bending vibration(γR=CH2)and polystyreneC-H out-of-plane bending vibration(γCH).The temperature effects of the polystyrene molecular structure were further studied by variable temperature infrared spectroscopy.In the temperature range 303K-393K,polystyrene molecule had good thermal stability.The scope of application of variable temperature infrared spectroscopy in the study of the structure and thermal stability of polyester fiber materials was expanded.
