摘要
针对ARINC429航空数据总线测试台在计量校准过程中对校准方法和校准装置提出的需求,对ARINC429总线校准技术进行研究,研制了基于虚拟仪器的ARINC429总线校准装置.该校准装置能够产生满足ARINC429总线规约特性的电气信号,也能够接收并识别ARINC429总线信号,以实现对ARINC429航空数据总线测试台输入、输出电气特性的校准.实际应用效果表明:该校准装置能够满足ARINC429航空数据总线测试台计量校准的需求,提升总线校准的效率.
Aiming at the requirements of the ARINC429 aeronautical data bus test bench for calibration methods and calibration devices during the calibration process,carried out ARINC429 bus calibration technology research and developed ARINC429 bus calibration device based on virtual instrument.The calibration device can generate electrical signals that meet the characteristics of the ARINC429 bus protocol,and it can also receive and recognize ARINC429 bus signals.So the calibration device can calibrate the input and output electrical characteristics of the ARINC429 avionics bus test bench.The practical application results show that the calibration device can meet the measurement and calibration requirements of the ARINC429 aeronautical bus test bench and improve the efficiency of bus calibration.
