摘要
为了实现建筑通风和排烟系统用防火阀门在耐火性能试验时漏风量的实时可靠检测,对国家标准GB 15930-2007中建议的防火阀门漏风量测试方法进行了分析;并依据国家标准GB/T 2624.1和GB/T2624.3,提出了采用喷嘴测量方式取代孔板流量计进行防火阀门漏风量的检测;考虑了防火阀门耐火试验时的最苛刻工况,设计了一整套解决方案,并研制了防火阀门漏风量检测系统.试验结果的分析表明:防火阀门漏风量检测系统可充分满足国家标准对防火阀门环境温度下的漏风量及耐火性能试验时的漏风量检测要求.
In order to realize real-time and reliable detection of air leakage of fire dampers used in building venting and smoke-venting systems during the fire resistance test,the test methods for the air leakage of the fire dampers recommended in the national standard GB 15930-2007 are analyzed.Based on the statistics and the national standard GB/T 2624.1 and GB/T 2624.3,it was proposed to use nozzle measurement method instead of orifice meter to detect the air leakage of fire dampers.In addition,In consideration of theseverest situation during the experiment,a complete set of solutions was designed and a air leakage measuring system was developed.The analysis of the test results shows that the fire dampers air leakage measuring system can fully meet the requirements of national standards for the measuring of the air leakage of fire dampers.
