Five development concepts provide scientific guidelines for the construction of CPC in universities,which are believed to guide and strengthen the Party’s construction in the new era.Innovation development is the inner motive power of the Party’s construction.With the green development as the necessary condition,the Party’s construction relies on coordinated development as its basic requirement.In addition,with the shared development to be recognized as the fundamental aim,the Party’s construction strives for the path of open development,which is inevitable in the whole process.Five development concepts can enhance teachers’ and students’ confidence in the theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics and improve the effect of the Party ’s construction in universities.
