高校辅导员助力创新创业教育研究

University Counselors' Role in Innovation and Pioneering Education

新时代,无论是十九大报告中习近平总书记提出的要加快建设创新型国家,还是李克强总理提出的"大众创业、万众创新"的口号,都突出了创新创业的重要性。作为与学生紧密联系的教育群体,高校辅导员的教育作用却没有发挥出来。辅导员可以在政策制度宣传动员、大创项目的申报指导、创新创业比赛的指导、促进学生创新创业成果转化为就业等方面助力创新创业教育。文章认为应该给辅导员提供相关的培训和学习机会,优化校企合作模式,引入创新创业基础课程,搭建相关训练平台,及时公布详细的创新创业时间表,建立良性的信息渠道等,整合各方面的资源,以提升辅导员的指导能力,让更多的学生了解创业、敢于创业、善于创业,最终形成"大众创业,万众创新"的良好氛围。

In the context of speeding up the construction of China as an innovation-oriented country and adovating mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation,great importance should be attatched to university counselors’ roles in the innovation and pioneering education aimed at university students.In this paper,university counselors should be offered more oppotuniteis to receive relevant training.In addition,various resources should be well integrated so as to enhance counselors’ guiding capabilities in the innovation and pioneering education.
