摘要
新中国初期至20世纪末,广西糖业快速发展使蔗糖产量增加,为各族民众家庭食糖消费增长奠定了基础。由于农业人口占多数,计划经济时代食糖的定量供应,传统食物结构和特殊嗜好等因素影响,广西境内壮、汉、苗、瑶等族民众家庭食糖消费增长缓慢。加快社会经济发展,提高各族民众家庭食糖消费水平,是实现广西蔗糖业可持续发展的重要途径。
Since the founding of the PRC to the end of the twentieth Century,the great development of cane sugar industry in Guangxi has led to the increase of cane sugar production,and the consumption of sugar among the people of all ethnic groups in Guangxi has increased to a certain extent.However,the consumption of household sugar has been increasing slowly in Guangxi as a result of mulptiple factors.Therefore,accelerating the development of social economy and raising the sugar consumption of families of all ethnic groups are an important way to promote the sustainable development of Guangxi cane sugar industry.
