Exploring the Path of Constructing Urban and Rural Unified Social Pension Service System——An Nalysis of 553 Questionnaires Based on 9 Cities in Henan Province

随着社会经济的快速发展,中国人口老龄化日益加剧,人们对养老服务需求也随之提高,与此同时城乡间的养老服务体系的不公平问题也愈加凸显。构建城乡统一的社会养老服务体系应逐步提高社会养老服务水平,增强社会养老服务的可持续性和服务性;建立健全社会养老服务体系,逐步实现城乡统一,增强社会养老服务的公平性和流动性。

With the rapid development of the social economy,China’s population is aging,and the demand for old-age services has also increased.At the same time,the unfairness of the old-age care system between urban and rural areas has become more prominent.Building a unified urban and rural aged care service system should gradually improve the level of social pension services,enhance the sustainability and service of social pension services;establish and improve the social pension service system,gradually realize urban-rural integration,and enhance the fairness and mobility of social pension services.
