用于产生瞬态等离子体的脉冲电源的设计

摘要 为了更好的进行瞬态等离子体机理的研究,瞬态等离子体的产生是其实验研究的关键,为此设计一台可调节高压方波脉冲电源。该脉冲电源主要有高压直流电源和固态调制器组成,电压调节主要由直流电源完成,固态调制器是基于单片机为控制中心,信号经过隔离和功率放大,实现固态调制器的控制,由于输出电压较高,单个开关管无法承受耐压,所以采用MOSFET串联分压的方式。 In order to study the mechanism of transient plasma,the generation of transient plasma is the key to its experimental research.To this end,an adjustable high-voltage square wave pulse power supply is designed.The pulse power supply mainly consists of a high-voltage DC power supply and a solid-state modulator.The voltage regulation is mainly completed by a DC power supply.The solidstate modulator is based on a single-chip microcomputer as a control center.The signal is isolated and power amplified to achieve solid-state modulator control.Since the high output voltage,a single switch tube cannot withstand the voltage,so the MOSFET is connected in series to achieve the purpose of voltage division.
