随着社会科学技术的不断发展,人工智能时代的到来已成为社会发展不可逆转的趋势。2017年7月,国务院公布的《新一代人工智能发展规格》中提出"到2030年,使中国成为世界主要人工智能创新中心"。人工智能已计划在2030年的三步走的战略目标中,并明确指出人工智能的快速发展将深刻改变人类社会的生活,改变世界。可以看出在我国的战略规划中,人工智能已经上升为国内产业转型升级、国际竞争力提升的发展立足点和机遇点。

With the continuous development of social science and technology,the arrival of the era of artificial intelligence has become an irreversible trend in social development.In July 2017,the“New Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Specification”promulgated by the State Council stated that“by 2030,China will become the world's leading artificial intelligence innovation center”rtificial intelligence has been planned in the three-step strategic goal of 2030,and clearly pointed out that the rapid development of artificial intelligence will profoundly change the life of human society and change the world.It can be seen that in China's strategic planning,artificial intelligence has risen to become a foothold and opportunity for the development of domestic industrial transformation and upgrading and international competitiveness.
