三维斑点追踪成像在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中的应用进展 被引量:10

摘要 近年来,斑点追踪成像技术在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)中的应用逐渐受到临床关注,心脏超声检查新技术如组织多普勒、二维斑点追踪、三维斑点追踪等的应用使超声心动图能更准确、定量和全面地评估冠心病患者的心肌运动功能,提高超声对其的诊断价值。本文就三维斑点追踪成像技术在冠心病中的应用进展进行综述。 In recent years,the application of speckle tracking imaging in coronary heart disease have gradually received clinical attention.The application of new techniques such as tissue Doppler,two-dimensional speckle tracking and three-dimensional speckle tracking in cardiac ultrasound examination enables echocardiography to more accurately,quantitatively and comprehensively evaluate the myocardial movement function in patients with coronary heart disease,and improve the diagnostic value of ultrasound.This paper reviews the application of three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging in coronary heart disease.
