贵州某微细浸染型金矿石氰化尾渣提金试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental study on gold extraction from cyanidation leaching residue of a micro-dissemination type gold ore from Guizhou

摘要 贵州某微细浸染型金矿石氰化尾渣金品位为2. 06 g/t,回收利用其中的金,减少尾渣堆存,具有重要的资源和环境意义。通过XRD及电子探针等分析方法对氰化尾渣中金的分布与嵌布特征进行分析,采用氧化焙烧—硫脲浸金工艺回收氰化尾渣中的金,并对试验条件进行优化。结果表明:在氧化焙烧温度500℃、焙烧时间1. 5 h,硫脲用量37. 50 kg/t、FeCl_3用量11. 25 kg/t、pH=4、液固比4∶1、常温(22℃)常压浸出1 h条件下,氰化尾渣金浸出率达92. 18%。该研究为微细浸染型金矿石氰化尾渣提金技术的工业化应用提供参考。 The gold grade of the cyanidation leaching residue of a micro-dissemination type gold ore from Guizhou is 2.06 g/t.It is environmentally and economically important to recover the gold from it and reduce residue storage.XRD and electron probe are used to analyze the gold distribution and occurrence characteristics,oxidative roasting-thiourea leaching process is used to recover the gold from cyanidation leaching residue,and the experimental conditions are optimized.The results show that the leaching rate of the gold could reach as high as 92.18%when the cyanidation leaching residue is roasted at 500℃for 1.5 h,and then reacts with 37.50 kg/t thiourea,11.25 kg/t FeCl 3,and is leached at room temperature(22℃)and atmospheric pressure for 1 h with the pH value 4 and the liquid-solid ratio 4∶1.The research results can provide a scientific reference for the industrial application of gold extraction technology to cyanidation leaching residue of a micro-dissemination type gold ore.
