高效破氰药剂应用试验研究

Experimental study of the application of highly efficient cyanide-relieving agent

针对黄金行业典型含氰废水和尾矿,采用高效破氰药剂CG101进行脱氰处理,并与漂白粉、焦亚硫酸钠、过氧化氢等常规破氰药剂处理效果对比。结果表明,高效破氰药剂CG101处理效果优于常规破氰药剂,具有反应条件要求低、适用范围广、处理效率高、处理成本低、无二次污染等优点,推广应用价值较高,市场前景良好。

CG101 highly efficient cyanide-relieving agent is used to remove cyanide from typical cyanide-containing wastewater and tailings in gold industry and is compared with bleaching powder,sodium metabisulfite and hydroperoxide for the effectiveness of cyanide removal.The results show that the CG101 highly efficient cyanide-relieving agent is better than conventional cyanide-relieving agents.It has the advantages including less requirement for reaction conditions,wider application range,higher efficiency,lower cost and no secondary pollution.The application potentials are great and the market is promosing.
