微信辅助教学在口腔医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:将微信作为辅助教学方法应用于口腔综合方向住院医师规范化培训中,探讨其可行性及效果。方法:选取2015年8月2018年8月在北京大学口腔医院第二门诊部的进行住院医师培训的医师42名,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组21名。实验组在传统教学方法基础上,实施基于微信平台的图片、视频等移动学习,对照组应用传统教学方法。轮转结束后进行理论知识/实践考核以及问卷调查。结果:实验组考试成绩平均值(93. 9±4. 9)明显高于传统教学的对照组(82. 6±7. 5),差异有统计学意义;实验组答题时间为119. 1±63. 7秒,对照组时间为178. 6±72. 4秒,两组答题时间有统计学差异,并且实验组的教学满意度较高。结论:在口腔综合方向住院医师规范化培训中,基于微信平台的移动学习是一种有效的辅助教学方法,可有效提升教学效果,值得在临床教学中推广运用。 Objective: To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of WeChat as an assistant teaching method applied to standardized resident training in general stomatology. Methods: We selected residents receiving standardized training in2 nd Dental Center, Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology from August 2015 to August 2018 for the study.They were randomly assigned to receive the traditional instruction, or WeChat education on this basis. Assessments including theoretical knowledge and practical abilities and a questionnaire were carried out after the training. Results: The two groups showed obvious difference in test scores. The results showed that mobile learning plus the traditional training method was better than the traditional method in increasing students’ theory test scores, improving clinical operational skills and their satisfaction of clinical teaching. Conclusion: Mobile learning based on WeChat platform is an effective assistant teaching method in standardized resident training in general stomatology. It can improve teaching effectiveness and thus deserves popularization in clinical teaching.
