摘要
生物活性玻璃由于良好的生物活性、生物相容性、无细胞毒性、能促进骨及软组织的再生,使其成为一类性能优良的骨缺损修复及移植材料,但是由于玻璃材料较差的机械强度和本质的脆性,使其只能应用于非承载骨方面的修复与移植。为改善生物活性玻璃材料的机械性能,部分学者通过制备多孔支架结构、制备复合材料、对玻璃进行微晶化处理、在玻璃中引入氮元素等方法对生物玻璃进行了强化。本文从生物活性玻璃的结构与成分、制备、作用机制、性能、临床应用等方面对生物活性玻璃骨修复支架材料的研究进展作一综述。
Because of the good bioactivity,biocompatibility,no cytotoxicity and the ability of promoting the regeneration of bone and soft tissue.Bioactive glass has become a kind of excellent bone defect repairation and transplantation material.However,due to the poor mechanical strength and the brittleness of bioactive glass,it can only be applied to the repairation and transplantation of non load-bearing bone.In order to improve the mechanical properties of bioactive glass materials,the relevant scholars have strengthened the bioactive glass by preparing the porous scaffold structure,preparing the composite material,microcrystalline treatment of glass,and introducing nitrogen elements into the glass.In this paper,the research progress of bioactive glass bone repair scaffold is reviewed in terms of the structure and composition,preparation,mechanism,performance and clinical application of bioactive glass.
