建构学科教学论教师教学实践共同体是学科教学论教师发展的一种新模式,其实质是为了让高等师范院校学科教学论教师和一线学科教学名师之间产生良性互动,协同创新。这能够促进学科教学论教师实践知识的发展、获得身份认同并形成合作文化。其保障体系由内、外保障体系构成,其中内部保障体系则要强调思想先导、文化融合,外部保障体系分为组织管理系统、资源保障系统、评价激励系统三个子系统。
