摘要
当前我国教师专业发展所面临的困境是多方面的:在取向方面,存在技术理性的倾向;在培养模式方面,以大学本位教师教育模式为主;在认证制度方面,存在学历认证取代资格认证的现象。解决当前困境的出路有:以实践智慧取向为主;建立补偿机制;改革教师资格证书制度。
The current Chinese teacher professional development is facing various dilemmas:in the aspect of orientation,it exists the tendency of technological reason;in the aspect of cultivating mode,the main cultivating mode is university-based teacher education’s mode;in the aspect of certification system,it exists the phenomenon of academic certification replacing qualification certification.The solutions to the current dilemmas:mainly take the orientation of practical wisdom;establish the compensation mechanism;reform teacher qualification system.
