目前,基础教育合作办学成为地方政府促进教育均衡,快速提高地区整体教育质量的普遍政策选择,师范高校作为优质资源拥有者成为基础教育合作办学的积极参与者。风险把控作为合作办学前期筹建工作的核心任务,需要从规范合作项目的遴选流程、创新合作办学模式、谨慎选择合作办学伙伴、不断优化合作办学协议等方面共同努力,并在合作办学整体规划布局,专业化、规范化建设,市场研判等方面进一步加强。

Currently,basic education cooperation has become a universal policy choice for local governments to promote education balance and rapidly improve the overall quality of education in the region.As a quality resource owner,normal universities have become an active participant in basic education cooperation.As the core task of the preparatory work in the early stage of basic education cooperation,risk control needs to work from these aspects of standardizing selection process,innovativing cooperative school model,choosing partners carefully,continuously optimize cooperation agreements.In the long term,risk control needs to optimize the overall planning layout,strengthen the professionalization and standardization of work,and strengthen research on the market.
