摘要
辅导员是高校学生工作的组织者和实施者。在学生工作日益向精细化方向发展,辅导员工作不断向职业化、专业化、专家化方向发展的新形势下,树立辅导员主业意识,增强辅导员的职业认同感和对学生工作的归属感,需要可操作性强且有效的辅导员考核评价体系。学生评辅分数和评辅率的结合,辅导员对学生的辨识度,辅导员述职,非辅导员所带学生评价,二级学院综合评价,相关职能部门评价和主管校领导评价是高校辅导员考核最重要的考核观测点。
Counselors for university students are the practitioners in university student affairs.With student affairs becoming increasingly elaborate and college counselors expected to be more professional,specialized and expert-like,an effective and operable assessment system needs to be created for college counselors to establish a sense of occupational identity and belonging.The most significant observation points in the assessment system for college counselors could be the combination of students evaluation scores and evaluation rate,counselors ability to recognize their students,report on work by counselors,evaluation by students outside a counselors student group,comprehensive assessment by a counselors department,assessment by relevant functional departments and evaluation by relevant executive officers at the university level.
