心脏康复综合干预对AMI患者PCI术后运动耐力、抗氧化能力和心脏功能的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation Intervention on Exercise Tolerance,Antioxidant Capacity and Cardiac Function in Patients with AMI after PCI

目的分析心脏康复综合干预对AMI患者PCI术后运动耐力、抗氧化能力和心脏功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2017年12月我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者80例,按照信封法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例,对照组进行心内科常规干预,观察组进行心脏康复综合干预。观察干预前、干预3个月后两组患者的运动耐力、抗氧化能力、心脏功能,并随访记录患者干预前后生活质量情况。结果干预后观察组ED、VO_2峰值、AT均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组SOD、T-AOC高于对照组,MAD低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组LVEF(%)、PP、6MWD高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脏康复综合干预能有效提高AMI患者PCI术后运动耐力及抗氧化能力,改善患者心脏功能,促进康复,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation interventions on exercise tolerance,antioxidant capacity and cardiac function in patients with AMI after PCI.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital between January 2017 and December 2017 were selected,who were divided into the observation group and the control group using the envelope method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention in the department of cardiology,while the observation group was given comprehensive intervention during cardiac rehabilitation.The exercise tolerance,antioxidant capacity and cardiac function of the two groups were observed before intervention and 3 months after intervention.The quality of life of patients before and after intervention was recorded.Results After intervention,ED,VO 2 peak and AT were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,SOD and T-AOC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while MAD was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,LVEF(%),PP,and 6MWD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),so were the scores of quality of life in each dimension of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention during cardiac rehabilitation can effectively enhance exercise tolerance and anti-oxidation ability after PCI in patients with AMI,improve cardiac function and promote rehabilitation,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
