智慧城市生态环境建设模式研究

Study on the Mode of Ecological Environment Construction in a Smart City

我国城市化的快速发展导致"城市病"日益严重,应用智慧城市的理念和模式加以解决。目前智慧城市重视数字技术的应用,缺乏对智慧城市生态环境建设的系统性思考,不利于智慧城市的健康发展。本文构建了智慧城市生态环境建设模型,分析了运行机制,以宁波市、雄安新区、青岛市为代表进行了较全面的案例分析,并且简要分析了国外个别智慧城市的建设特色和不足,以为我国智慧城市生态环境建设的研究和实践提供参考。

The rapid development of China's urbanization leads to the worsening of“urban disease”,which should be resolved by the way of smart city.At present,smart city attaches importance to the application of digital technology and lacks systematic thinking on the construction of ecological environment,which is not conducive to the construction and development of smart cities.The construction model of smart city ecological environment was constructed and the operating mechanism was analyzed.The case study of Ningbo,Xiong’an new district and Qingdao city was carried out,and it also drew on the construction characteristics of some foreign smart cities to provide reference for the research and practice on the ecological environment construction of smart cities in China.
