论江苏“国际城市”构建的特色开掘——以南京、苏州、扬州为例

On the Characteristic Construction of International Cities in Jiangsu: Taking Nanjing, Suzhou, Yangzhou as Examples

能够得到国际公认并产生影响的城市,一般称其为国际城市。国际城市有两个突出特点:一是频繁的国际交流,二是在某方面对世界或地区产生影响。江苏是经济文化强省,不少城市已开展频繁的国际交流,但要成为名副其实的国际城市,仍需创新发展理念,开掘城市特色,产生国际影响。南京要以民国历史为依托构建国际和平城市,苏州要用园林理念建设国际新型养老城市,扬州要用传统休闲文化构筑国际一流生活高地。在构建国际城市进程中,要杜绝泛行政化色彩,避免心理上的政策依赖性。

The cities both recognized and influenced internationally are generally known as international cities,which have two prominent features including frequent international exchanges and the influence on the world or region in a certain way.Jiangsu is a strong economic and cultural province where many cities have carried out frequent international exchanges.However,to become a truly international city,we still need to improve the concept of development,dig out urban characteristics and create international influence.Nanjing should rely on the history of the Republic of China to build an international peace city.Suzhou should build an international new pension city with the concept of garden.Besides,Yangzhou should build an international first-class living highland with traditional leisure culture.Therefore,in the process of building an international city,it is necessary to eliminate overused administrative behavior and avoid psychological policy dependence.
