摘要
湿式离合器由于其得天独厚的特性而被广泛应用于机械压力机传动系统中,但湿式离合器的发热问题一直是困扰离合器性能的重大难题。飞轮座、飞轮及离合器后盖的加工所造成的同轴度偏差对离合器的发热问题有着重要影响。本文从相关零部件机加工工艺角度,通过对实际生产过程中出现问题的跟踪处理,提供具体的分析和解决方案。
Wet clutch is widely used in mechanical press transmission system because of its unique characteristics.However,the thermal condition of wet clutch has been a major obstacle to the performance of clutch.The processing errors of flywheel shaft,flywheel and clutch back cover have an important impact on the thermal condition of clutch.This paper provides specific analysis and solutions from the perspective of related parts machining process by tracking the problems in the actual production process.
