摘要 液压机工作缸及回程缸是主要工作部件,其工作性能直接影响到液压机整体加工质量及工作效率,因此对工作缸及回程缸液压回路的合理设计及液压元件的恰当选型是提高锻造效率和锻造质量的重要途径。本文基于72MN液压机,根据设备性能要求选定了液压系统的工作压力,通过对该液压机机械结构及工作技术性能参数的分析,确立了工作缸及回程缸液压回路的设计方案,并在此基础上对液压原理图进行了详细设计。针对液压机工作缸及回程缸在不同工况下的工作特点及性能要求,根据关键参数的计算结果并结合设计经验对主要液压元件进行了选型。设备的使用结果显示:液压机工作缸及回程缸同步精度±1mm,锻造尺寸精度±1.5mm,液压回路设计满足技术要求。 Based on the 72MN hydraulic press,the working pressure of the hydraulic system has been selected according to the performance requirements of the equipment.Through the analysis of the mechanical structure and working technical parameters of the hydraulic press,the design scheme of the hydraulic circuit of the working cylinder and return cylinder has been established.The hydraulic principle drawing has been designed in detail.Aim ing at the working characteristics and performance requirements of working cylinder and return cylinder under different working conditions,the main hydraulic components have been selected according to the calculation results of key parameters and design experience.The result of the equipment application shows that the synchronization precision of working cylinder and return cylinder is ±1mm while the dimensional precision of forging is ±1.5mm.The design of hydraulic circuit meets the technical requirements.
