摘要
介绍了一种剪板机剪刃双边同驱间隙调整机构,通过减速机驱动,带动扇形齿板和偏心套转动,实现了超厚、超长金属板材剪切时剪刃间隙的快速调整和准确定位,结构简单紧凑、极大提高了设备稳定性、精确度和可靠性。
A type of bilateral synchronous driven clearance adjusting mechanism of blade for shear has been introduced in the text.The reducer has driven the fan-shaped tooth plate and the eccentric sleeve to realize the rapid adjustment of the cutting edge gap during shearing process of the ultra-thick and super-long sheet metal.The structure is simple and compact,which greatly improves the stability,accuracy and reliability of the equipment.
