热介质锅炉余热回收系统优化选型及矿场应用 被引量:2

摘要 以渤南油气终端处理厂为例,分析了如何有效回收利用热介质锅炉排放的高温烟气余热。在对热介质锅炉耗能情况的调研基础上,结合可回收的余热资源量和烟气余热特点,通过对装置的优化选型,提取了热介质锅炉高温烟气中的余热,用于渤南油气终端处理厂区冬季采暖。实践表明:该装置的使用减少了原油的消耗,提高了能源的利用率,降低了总体能耗和生产成本,减少了温室气体排放量。 Bonan oil and gas treatment terminal plant is taken as an example to investigate how to recover waste heat from heat medium boiler effectively.On the basis of investigation on energy consumption of heat medium boiler,heat medium boiler recoverable waste heat resources and flue gas waste heat characteristics,the waste heat recovery device is optimized to collect the waste heat from the high temperature flue gas of the heat medium furnace for winter heating in Bonan oil and gas treatment terminal area.Practice shows that the use of the device reduces the consumption of crude oil,improving the utilization of energy and reducing production cost.It also can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and provide reference for the recovery and utilization of waste heat resources of high temperature flue gas.
