厄贝沙坦与硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压的效果及对血清炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of irbesartan and nifedipine on essential hypertension and serum inflammatory factor levels

目的对比分析原发性高血压患者应用厄贝沙坦与硝苯地平治疗的临床效果及对患者血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选择原发性高血压患者72例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各36例。甲组患者给予厄贝沙坦治疗,乙组患者给予硝苯地平治疗,比较分析两组患者治疗前、治疗后12周的血压水平及血清炎症因子水平。结果两组患者治疗后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平均明显降低,甲组低于乙组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)水平均明显降低,且甲组低于乙组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论原发性高血压患者应用厄贝沙坦治疗的效果优于硝苯地平,可有效降低患者血压水平及血清炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of irbesartan and nifedipine in the treatment of essential hypertension and their effects on serum inflammatory factors.Methods Seventy-two patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,each with 36 cases.Group A was treated with irbesartan,group B was treated with nifedipine.Blood pressure and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups at pre-treatment and post-treatment 12-week.Results Both of systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)significantly declined in the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,all the serum parameters,decreased statistically,such as the concentrations of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in both groups,and the above-mentioned parameters in group B changed more obvious than group B(P<0.01).Conclusion Irbesartan was superior to nifedipine in the therapy for essential hypertension with an effect on the blood pressure and serum inflammatory factors.
