摘要
糯米的特殊性质决定了其在历史上的特殊地位和命运,也决定了其是考察中国历史和社会的一个特殊而有效的切入点。近代以来官方不时出台强行管制糯米生产、流通或消费的举措,这类禁令总是出现在环境或观念突生重大变化之际,标志着一系列特殊的时代节点。各类禁糯令实施效果不一,其中西南等地屡次禁种糯稻后的复杂效应和深远影响不容忽视。
The special nature of glutinous rice decides its special status and special fate in history,and decides that it is a special and effective entry point to investigate Chinese history and society.Since modern times,the official measures to regulate the production,circulation or consumption of glutinous rice have always been imposed.This kind of prohibition always appears on the occasion of great changes in the environment or concept,which marks a series of special time nodes.The effect of various bans on glutinous rice is different,and the complex and far-reaching effects of the bans on glutinous rice planting in southwest China and other places should not be ignored.
