湖北省高职院校中外合作办学现状及对策研究

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools in Higher Vocational Colleges of Hubei Province

针对当前湖北省高职院校中外合作办学的现状进行分析,指出其存在的相关问题,提出加强统筹规划、完善保障机制,拓宽合作渠道、引进优质资源,契合产业需求、体现地方特色,加强师资建设、优化课程体系等对策建议,以期推动全省高职院校中外合作办学的均衡发展,提高办学综合实力,提升人才培养质量,为湖北省经济社会发展培养国际化技能人才。

Aiming at the analysis of the current situation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province,this paper points out the existing problems,and puts forward the following countermeasure suggestions:strengthening overall planning,perfecting the guarantee mechanism,widening the channels of cooperation,introducing high-quality resources,meeting the needs of the industry,reflecting local characteristics,strengthening the construction of teachers,optimizing the curricu-lum system,and so on,in order to promote the balanced development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools,to improve the comprehensive strength of school-running,to improve the quality of talents training,and to train internationalized skilled talents for the development of social economy in Hubei province.
