供给侧改革下职业教育人才培养模式“供需平衡”方法研究

Research on the Method of "Supply and Demand Balance" in the Talents Training Mode of Vocational Education under Supply-side Reform

职业教育是培养人才的重要阵地,解决人才培养质量与企业需求两者之间失衡关系,是教育供给侧改革的主要任务之一。为平衡两者关系,应将职业素养放在首位,培养具有"工匠精神"职业性人才;优化教学模式改革,构建"企业教室"教学模式;推动校企合作深入开展,突出产教深度合作。以这三个维度为着力点,全面提高人才培养质量,实现人才培养质量与企业需求两者间的"供需平衡"。

Vocational education is an important position for cultivating talents.Solving the imbalance between the quality of talents training and the needs of enterprises has become one of the main tasks of supply-side reform of education.In order to balance the relationship between the two,professional quality should be placed first to cultivate professional talents with"craftsmanship spirit";optimizing the reform of teaching mode to build an"enterprise classroom"teaching model;promoting the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation to highlight the deep cooperation between production and education.Taking these three dimensions as the focus,the quality of talents training is comprehensively improved to achieve a“balance of supply and demand”between the quality of talents training and the needs of enterprises.
