高职医学生核心素养培养路径探究

Research on the Cultivation Path of Key Competencies for Medical Studentsin Higher Vocational Colleges

针对新时期社会对个人的综合素养和创新能力提出的新要求,《中国学生发展核心素养》总体框架应运而生。基于医学教学改革的现实要求和职业适应性的迫切需要,高职医学生核心素养培养势在必行,主要围绕培养"道德人、职业人、社会人、全面个人"的目标,最终通过转变办学理念、完善制度保障、营造校园文化氛围以及推进课堂教学改革、提升教师专业素养、搭建个性化学习平台等路径实现。

In view of the new requirements of personal comprehensive quality and innovation ability which is proposed by the soci-ety in the new period,the overall framework of“Chinese Students'Development of Key Competencies"came into being.Key com-petencies cultivation of medical students in higher vocational colleges must be enforced based on the practical requirements of medi-cal teaching reform and the urgent need for occupational adaptability.And the colleges are focusing on the goal of“ethical,profes-sional,social,and comprehensive personal”.The goals are achieved through the paths of changing the concept of school-running,perfecting the system guarantee,creating campus cultural atmosphere and promoting classroom teaching reform,improving teach-ers'professional quality,and building a personalized learning platform.
