校企合作背景下高职实习实训环节教学质量保障体系探究

Research on the Teaching Quality Guarantee System of Practice and Training Links in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of School-enterprise Cooperation

随着校企合作模式多元化发展,高职实习实训环节教学模式呈现多样化特征,质量管理问题急待解决。从全面质量管理理论出发,提出了校企协同育人"六位一体"实习实训环节教学质量保障体系,阐述了组织系统、制度系统、标准系统、监测系统、评价系统、反馈与调控系统等六个方面在质量保障中的作用、构建方法和路径。

With the diversified development of school-enterprise cooperation mode,the teaching mode of practical training link in higher vocational colleges has diversified characteristics,accompanied by quality management problems to be solved urgently.Start-ing from the theory of total quality management,this paper puts forward the teaching quality guarantee system of"six in one"prac-tice and training links of school-enterprise collaborative education,and expounds the functions,construction methods and paths of six aspects in quality assurance,such as organization system,institutional system,standard system,monitoring system,evaluation system,and feedback and control system.
