高职院校青年教师成长状况的调查与研究

Investigation and Research on the Growth of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

采用抽样调查和召开座谈会的方法,以安徽省5所高职院校的青年教师队伍的结构情况和在成长的过程中面临压力问题进行调查,在调查的基础上进行分析和研究,提出了促进青年教师成长的办法,为高职院校加强青年教师队伍建设提供了有益借鉴。

Adopting the methods of sampling survey and holding symposium,the paper investigates the structure of young teachers and the pressure they face in the process of growing up in 5 higher vocational colleges in Anhui province.Based on the investiga-tion,analysis and research are carried out and the measures to promote the growth of young teachers are put forward,which provides a useful reference for higher vocational colleges to strengthen the construction of young teachers team.
