摘要
随着我国电力事业的迅速不断,在电力使用过程中经常会出现一些故障,当用户发现故障后需要及时向相关部门上报,过去一般采用了电话咨询的方式,这些沟通渠道导致信息传达不舒畅,降低客户满意度等问题。因此,为了解决现有用户用电信息难的技术问题,本文提出了一种基于微信公众号的用户用电信息查询系统及应用方法,实现了停电信息迅速查询,大大提升客户服务水平和满意度。
With the rapid and continuous development of China's power industry,some faults often occur in the process of power use,when users find faults,they need to report to the relevant departments in time,in the past,telephone consultation was generally used,these communication channels lead to problems such as information transmission is not smooth and customer satisfaction is reduced.Therefore,in order to solve the technical problems of the existing user's power information,this paper proposes a user's power information inquiry system based on Wechat public signal and its application method,which realizes quick inquiry of power outage information and greatly improves customer service level and satisfaction.
