巢湖学院学生体质健康状况研究

Physical Health Condition of Students in Chaohu College

运用文献资料、逻辑分析、数量统计等研究方法,对巢湖学院2013～2017年学生体质健康测试结果进行分析,结果表明:学生体质健康测试成绩优、良率较低,不及格率偏高,整体呈现偏态分布;男女生的身高与全国平均身高相比,差别不明显.低体重、超重和肥胖的比例较高,学生肺活量还偏小. 50米跑平均成绩波动幅度不大,但是呈现出逐渐下降的趋势,男生的速度素质优于女生.坐位体前屈成绩较好,男生引体向上的成绩较差,学生的耐力素质成绩从2015年开始持续下降.建议:积极开展各项体育活动,培养终身体育意识和良好的体育锻炼习惯;加强公共体育课程改革,优化课程结构,合理开发教学内容;针对学生具体情况,补缺补差.

Using literature research, logical analysis, quantitative statistics and other research methods, the students’ physical health in Chaohu College from 2013 to 2017 were analyzed. The results showed that: the excellent and good rate of students’ physical fitness was relatively low. The poor rate was high and the overall distribution was skewed. Compared with the national weight, the difference between boys and girls was not obvious. The proportion of low weight, overweight and obesity was high; the students’ lung capacity was still small; the average score of 50-meter runs had little fluctuation but showed a gradual decline; the boys’ speed was better than that of girls; the score of sit and reach was better but pull-ups was poor. The students’ stamina quality had declined since 2015. Suggestions: Actively carry out various sports activities, cultivate lifelong sports awareness and good physical exercise habits. Strengthen the reform of public physical education curriculum; optimize the curriculum structure, develop the teaching content rationally; according to the specific situation of students, make up for deficiencies.
