“四方协同”能实现乡村教师的精准培养吗? 被引量:6

摘要 提升经济欠发达地区特别是乡村地区的基础教育质量,培养高素质的乡村教师队伍,是解决我国教育发展不平衡不充分问题以及缩小城乡教育差距的重要手段。文章以乡村教师的精准培养为目标,基于协同论构建了包含政府、高校、地方学校和培养对象的"四方协同"订单式人才培养模型,从定向招生、政府付费、订单培养、多方互动、顶岗实习和分配就业等环节全过程层层落实,有效地保证了生源质量和培养质量,同时优化了师资质量;再以"河职院—博罗"师范生订单班为案例,对模型的运行过程及具体成效进行验证,认为该模型适用于基础教育师资人才的培养特别是乡村地区教师的精准培养。 Improving the quality of education in underdeveloped areas,especially rural areas,and training high-quality rural teachers are the im-portant means to solve the unbalanced and insufficient problem of education,and to reduce the gap between urban and rural education.This paper ap-plies synergy theory to construct a four-wheel driving model containing government,universities,local primary schools and training objects,which aims at the precise cultivation of rural primary school teachers.The model is implemented step by step through the whole process of directional enroll-ment,paying by government,cultivation according to order,multiparty interaction,field work and distribution of employment.It doesn't only guaran-tee the students'quality and training quality,but also improves the quality of teachers.The running and effect of the model has been examined by the case of He Yuan Polytechnic-Boluo County order class.The result shows that the model is suitable for the training of teachers in education,especially for the precise training of teachers in rural primary schools.
