精准扶贫视野下高校资助育人体系的构建

Construction of College-funded Education System from the Perspective of Precise Poverty Alleviation

资助育人是高校人才培养的必然要求,但在实际工作中,高校资助工作往往侧重于经济上的资助,尚未达到"精准"育人的要求。习近平总书记的精准扶贫思想对高校资助工作具有很强的指导意义。文章为此提出构建精准资助育人体系,使资助与育人紧密融合,包括"精准识别,建立贫困学生信息化数据库;精准帮扶,实现资助教育平台化;精准管理,促进资助教育信息化"。

College-funded education is an inevitable requirement for the cultivation of talents in collegesand universities.However,in actual work,college funding work tends to focus on economic support and has not yet reached the requirements of"precise"education.General Secretary Xi's concept of precise poverty alleviation has a strong guiding significance for college funding.In this paper,we propose to build a precise funded education system to closely integrate funding and education:including establishing an information database for poor students with precise identification;achieving platformization for funded education with precise assistance;and promoting funded education information with precise management.
