摘要
目的探讨以"社会实践"为核心的健康教育课程改革(简称"课改")对学生控烟知识和社会责任感干预效果,为医科院校实施控烟健康教育教学改革提供理论与指导。方法对进入专业课学习的临床与公共卫生专业学生实施以"控烟社会实践"为核心的健康教育课改干预,对课前(216名)与课后(207名)学生"控烟基本知识""社会责任感"进行统一问卷调查,评价干预效果。结果控烟基本知识干预前后及格率分别为7.6%和16.4%(χ2=7.67,P<0.01)。一般社会责任感干预后比干预前认同率最高提升为17.1%(P<0.01),控烟社会责任感最高提升为21.2%(P<0.01)。结论以社会实践为核心的课改对提高控烟基本知识知晓率和社会责任感认同率有效。
Objective To explore the effect of health education curriculum reform with“social practice”as the core on impact on students knowledge of smoking control and social responsibility,and to provide theory and guidance for the implementation of health education teaching reform of smoking control in medical colleges.Methods Health education curriculum reform intervention centered on“"social practice of tobacco control”was carried out among clinical and public health students who entered professional courses.A unified questionnaire survey was conducted on“basic knowledge of tobacco control”and“sense of social responsibility”of 216 students before class and 207 students after class to evaluate the intervention effect.Results The passing rate before and after intervention was 7.6%and 16.4%(χ^2=7.67,P<0.01).The highest recognition rate after intervention was 17.1%(P<0.01)and the highest social responsibility for tobacco control was 21.2%(P<0.01).Conclusion The curriculum reform with social practice as the core is effective in improving the awareness rate of basic knowledge of tobacco control and the recognition rate of social responsibility.
